Hey!
I might just not see the other threads regarding this, but I'll post here hoping you won't mind if that is the case after all. I've also read some troubleshoot guides, none which I've seen mention this, anyways here goes.
Everytime I try to create a module or resource or anything I get the error Unable to save module or Unable to create resource. I guess it might just be a problem with a path or something, but I have no idea. Please, I would be grateful for any assistance.

Under your my documents inside the dragon age folder should be a toolset /logs folder
In there is a log file that should have an error.
If you can post that, then we woulds have an idea of what is wrong.
