Bioware just twittered this:
What is the headline for today's daily Cerberus news? Check it out on this great fan-made Cerberus Daily News site: http://zdbmn.xrt.me
I was like oh, okay, cool...those are sorta funny. I also went in thinking it might be an announcement for the DLC.
It was - largely - just another Cerberus Network story. Here it is:
"A Mantis spaceplane led the Earth Systems Alliance fleet on a high-speed chase tonight, originating in Mexico City. Sixteen-year-old Jorge Asensio reportedly stole the plane from a poorly secured mercenary landing pad, having learned how to fly from a flight simulator computer came and the ship’s onboard VI. Following major highways to his school, he buzzed the soccer field before the United North American States Air Force scrambled to deal with him. Climbing to the upper atmosphere, he outran pursuing planes, was then pursued by the Systems Alliance fighters in low Earth orbit, then ran out of fuel over Antarctica. After parachuting from the plane, he froze to death before authorities found his body. Charges of criminal negligence are now being filed with the Tiburón Rojo mercenary company."
I took a little Spanish in college and noticed the name of the mercenary gang. I know rojo/roja is red, but i wasn't sure what "tiburón" was.
Can anyone guess? It's Shark. They're called the Red Shark(s). Sooo...maybe we get the Hammerhead from a merc band in the Terminus Systems? Or is this a stretch?? Seems like a huge coincidence, given their earlier shark tweet of today. I would say we're pretty close, folks...
I can think of another type of fish where the adjective "red" has a less promising meaning.
Bioware's not that harsh.
