He's a community member that was promoted to forum moderator. Some people seem to think he may/may not have had full permission to drop the hints he dropped about a possible Hammerhead DLC release this week. 

He's not Bioware staff he is only a mod 
Moderator =/= Dev

Pretty awesome song from a none too shabby album.  I wonder if Javier is, indeed, the rider of the ancient east?  

However, if the Hammerhead has an in-vehicle stereo I'll be listening to Spinal Tap (shark sandwich)...
