I received notification that the PC earn certain ability due to his leadership or something.. but where do I view this abilities? When I view character, only the standard abilities of the class shows.

this doesn't need to be in the spoilers section btw
but
It's not a talent the PC earns exactly, it's one each follower gets as their approval of the PC goes up
it shows up as spell/talent IIRC. So just go to that character's spell/talent listing and look at the very bottom of the list and you will find it there.
A sort of spoiler bit of info is that:
For Morrigan this takes the forms of a bonus to her Magic attribute
For Allistair this is a bonus to Constitution
For Lelianna this is a bonus to Cunning
And so far there seems to be just 3 levels for this bonus.
Also the cute widdle war doggie doesn't seem to get one I guess because he starts out with a 100 approval rating of you.
