Another thought. with all the dialog bugs, this could be another one. lol Curlain told me if you say to Alistair "I think everything went well, don't you?" After either killing Connor and letting Isolde do the blood ritual. Alistair thanks you. He does!! any other response though? He totally goes off on you . So. I have a feeling there are far more dialog bugs than I first suspected. Which really is annoying. Mainly because I am unsure if that is how "it is supposed" to go. hehe
That definetively sounds like a bug to me. Btw, does anyone have any idea what i can do with that special metal you get on the road when you encounter a scene that reminds just a little bit at Superman ?

Yup, you take it to Soldier's Peak and give it to that black smith guy (the brother of the guy who leads to peak, can't remember his name right now) and he will forge it into Starfang, either as single-handed longsword, or a two-handed sword. It's probably overall the best melee weapon in the game

Indeed, does make you think, perhaps some playthroughs could be total flukes, the result of gameplay bugs, and maybe it was never supposed to happen that way, worrying

I can sense your passion about your game choices. I do get attached to characters and such. Not enough to hinder my ability to find all avenues, scenarios, and possible endings.
General thoughts: After so many endings and so many nuances in this game. I have found. the most logical ending is allowing Loghain to live, him take the final blow and Alistair marry Anora. The outcome in the ending seems to justify the means..
What annoys me about this though, that it does seem the story gears towards a "best" possible ending and leaving little room for any other scenarios to work out really well..
Marry Alistair, and the ppl are thrilled to see how much the King loves his new bride. Well love does not run a country.
Marry Anora and you two "could have brought in the golden age" if you stopped having power struggles with each other.
Alistair King only. "hardened" is a mediocre ruler, he does better than expected. Really? we are talking about running a country! mediocre doesn't cut it.
Anora only.. Refusing to marry not to share her throne.. Fine ruler but doesn't care about the traditions and with her death, no one to rule. this means what? most likely civil war when she dies.
Alistair not hardened? Not even a point to bother. He is a terrible King
Eh.. This is just my personal assessment of course.

Thx very very much, i always wondered what to do with it. Guess i have to do Soldier's Peak next then, i want the perfect save for Awakening.
Sadly i do not own the cookie serving desire demon, otherwise i would send him around to serve some to you in return for your help

Thx, i'm flattered someone understands me, more so even as this someone is a female with such a beautiful voice :innocent:
For what the perfect ending is: Awakening, if you play the new Orlasien Warden, will introduce a canon ending with no decision carry over, this might show what the perfect ending is, according to the BioWare writers

Do you guys think that Arcane Warrior/War Mage/ Spirit Healer will be a powerful build?

Sounds like a perfect combination. I'm looking forward to the Spirit warrior, i think about trading my Templar ability for it.

I am not so sure about that really. DA2 may carry over more than we expect. We just don't really know and they are not going to tell us at this point. I do plan on my absolute favorite end characters to run through Awakenings. I also plan on a new GW from Orlias. I am covering my bases!! hehe

Yup BioWare seem prejudiced against those not of the default
I'd never join a group that would actually want me... maybe the Non Defaultist club? I am sure I'd have to bribe someone to get into that elite group!

Hmmm, ah well, all the more for us. We'll form a Non-Defaultist club of our own as part of the Gamerz Asylum, and then you can be President of it, and we get desire demon cookies, we all win
