If you give me a price range. I can easily go to newegg and put an awesome gaming pc together for you.. You'd just have to click the order button after adding the parts.   :)

You are a goddess! I'm going to take you up on your offer! Posted Image

Good morning / afternoon, everyone!

From one Goddess to another.... you are quite welcome   :)

Anyone with the nick of Vampilicious MUST be a high ranking Goddess!   :wizard:

I build mine myself... Its not hard but if you have no computer hardware knowledge I would see if I could find someone to do it for me. Usually there's always some weird geeky kid around somewhere who will help you for a few dollars! :) (I know I'm always doing all the computer repairs for my family and the street hehe).
Some shops will also build it for you if you buy all the parts in their store...

That's the reason my advice to my family and friends is always to buy from Dell. I got fed up with that crap. Are you working for free for me? Then why should I always do it for you? At least Dell has a technical service and now I don't have to fix every little problem they've created (it's nearly always the user's fault, don't doubt it).

One of the reasons I don't like pre-made machines you can buy from places like Dell, Packard Bell etc is that they sometimes modify the original hardware, especially the mainboard often gets modded. They are also often behind in driver updates. Another reason is that they often combine really good material that everyone looks for like videocards, etc with really cheap stuff that no one pays attention to like Mainboard, Memory and Harddisks.
So I prefer to have full control and know exactly whats in my machine! :)

I have a Dell and I know exactly what's on my machine. But it's a new high-end computer, you have more say in this.

Just caught-up on reading the posts - I need to take a speed-reading course! lol

Doing fine today - glad everyone likes "twiggles." Sounds like everyone is having a good day, as well.

@Max MacFluffies: I'm jealous that you're home. I love being home - wish I could stay at home, but gotta make a living!

@Twiggles: You're brave for downloading the patch. I was gonna, but saw some of the bugs, so I thought I'd just wait until Awakenings comes out since it will be built in on the upload anyway.

@Vampiliciuos

I trust I will have to stay at home for a lot of days unluckily...
I've just received a call from the company where I was working, and due to budget problems they cutted all consultants... :(

This is really a bad day...

Other than a problem I was already having, there have been no issues. So entirely up to you. I am usually the last one to download a patch until it's been well tested. not sure why i jump into the deep end first this time.  :)

Thoughts on Zev - I actually like some of his lines, they made me laugh. I always thought his attitude was quite cheerful for one with such an unhappy background. Of course, I guess if your profession places your life in danger, you're perspective is different. Might be where he gets that happy go lucky attitude.

Wait, what? Latino? Are Antivans supposed to be Spanish-speakers speaking in English?

I thought they sounded more like Middle East people:?

Sadly, it is a very bastardized version of a Spanish accent..  I agree. the Spanish accent is beautiful.  But well. if you are Mexican living in the northern US?  very similar!

The American accent up here really dilutes thiers   LOL

You know, we have tons of voice actors here, since movies are usually dubbed here (I don't like it, but it's not my decision). Finding a good Spanish voice actor is easier than nearly any other language.

Or they could have used Antonio Banderas:P

I agree with..  I like Zevran as a character. I just do not see why they did not hire somone with that authentic accent to begin with!

Having said that.. Jon Curry did not offend me by using a fake accent.  Eh..  I do feel they could have made better choices in actor selection though.
