Know how you feel. The slightest things on my mind, effect my sleep..  I've never been good at sleeping well though.

sorry to hear that.
Not good at sleeping either. When i was younger, i had a horrible year where i hardle slept at all, so strange dreams that i always woke up again and stayed awake all night. Only slept when i was so tired that i nearly became unconscious, and then nothing more than two or three hours, then i was awake again.

But luckily, these days are gone. Going to bed early today, tomorrow is Saturday, will sleep some hours longer and everything will be fine again

Shopping done and put away, had my cuppa, listened to some Roxy Music, and checking in before I start making my dinner..



Sleep.. Never a problem for me, I am out within 5min of head hitting pillow... I had a GF who was so envious, cos it would take her around 1hr to fall asleep.. There I was out like a light in a flash... Plus very deep sleeper, slept though a fire-alarm once .. Fortunately it was a false-alarm...
