10 - 20 years! Arghhhh...my arthritis might kick-in by then and I won't be able to play! lol
I sometimes think how different I am from my parents. I mean I can't imagine my parents playing games on the computer, but that's pretty normal for me!
Actually, my moms plays a bit, but it's horrifying. She always calls me when her desk is not working or she's stuck in some game somewhere, and i waste hours of my life tryin to explain her what do to.
Why can't she be knitting like she's supposed to do?
@Chlipepper: i'm rather amazed so many are that old, i expected worse numbers. Some people i talked to and thought would only be 12 at the very least outed themselves to be over 30 in the comments, so i believe foolishness is no matter of age

My parents just got a computer last year, but they only have dial-up - refuse to get/pay for anything else. Needless to say, they don't use the computer.
my mom got one a couple years ago. Vampilicious!!! It took me 5 phone calls and sooooo much explaining to get my mother to stop composing her emails in the subject line

You are one lucky woman. I thought after my parents learned how to handle the TV and DVD without calling me, those talks like "just press menu - there is no menu button - on the screen - it doesn't react when i press on the screen" would cease to happen, but it seems i was wrong

@Twiggles & Sir Sam: I feel your pain. There are moments when I wish they would use the computer. Instead they call me to look things up for them on-line!
Mine does the same "sighs"

Similar thing happened with me a few years ago. Called Mom & Dad to wish them Happy New Year - no answer. Didn't worry too much, but then didn't hear from them for three days! Apparently, they went up to New York City to celebrate New Year's Eve & didn't tell anyone. I gave them an earful...pretty much used the same speech they used on me when younger. They apologized & said they wouldn't do it again. Very surreal!

I think about retirement as a knight and turn rogue instead as a result of a broken heart from my ladyship:bandit:
