Argh, time for the Landsmeet and my biggest conflict in the game. If Alistair is Fiona's son, would she really want him on the throne? Clearly, Alistair does not want to be king. And as a Grey Warden, we are supposed to give up everything, including titles, etc. So why would I want to make Alistair king? To suit Eamon? Hmmm, he has his own axes to grind. The obvious answer is to be the power behind the throne...but <gulp> doesn't that make me a bit like Loghain? Most people complain about the Deep Roads (which I love) but it is the Landsmeet I really dread.

I played ME1 beetween the 1st and the 2nd playthroguh of DA:O and before begininning my 4th playthrough I reach 'bout 2/3 of ME2...

Yes.. they are great games, really well done.. but Fantasy and EPic Stories are much more better for my tastes than than Sci-fi stories

And I have to say that even if ME2 has a great plot it represents also how sometimes force the story to have a continuity from the sequel may be really a very bad bad decision... (Liara..Liara...nightmares of Liara)

I bought ME1 after my first DA:O playthrough and played it between my 2nd and 4th as well.  I thought it was good, not great.  Then I bought ME2 and am about 1/2 way thru.  It does not hold my attention as raptly as DA:O does.  And amen about the female Shep looking boring and plain.

 You have both but never played them!? Well then...you should probably go do that. DAO will still be there when you get back...And I'm curious to know as to how long you've had ME1...if you said you never played it. With a 2007 release date, assuming you got it then...I imagine that's accumalated quite the dust collection over time...?

had m.e since it was first released but m.e 2 i just recently bought
thing is i have over about 200 games so some of them dont get played due to getting hooked on games like the witcher then the longest journey then nwn 1 then nwn2 then dreamfall and now dao its too addictive
