I envy so much women's resistance in doing all these things...

Oh, I'm terrible at that stuff.  Cooking, doing dishes and laundry are about all I can tolerate.  Cleaning - nasty chore that must be done.  I hate housework...ick. But we don't have kids, so the house really doesn't get messy. So cleaning it isn't too bad - still hate it, tho.

So, random though while I ws playing today...the Dark Ritual...one time save your life or does it have a shelf-life, so to speak? Do you think there'd be another Blight in your lifetime? If not, then you're safe from making a US decision? Thoughts?

I live alone... my house therefore is not very big and I can do housework only during the week end.. Even if during the week is a little messy. who care about it? No one has to see it unless me...

Yesterday I read a post from Maria Calibain who said that some dev told her there will not be any other blight in future game, because it would became a little repetitive...

BTW there is the big doubt about Morrigan's Child. What a man with the spirit of an old god inside of him could ever do in a future?

BostonVamp, if you are not seeing eye color, it may be that the graphics detail in the configuration utility is set too low. I had that problem until I went into the utility and changed the graphics detail from low (which was the default) to high. I don't know if your pc can support the higher graphic setting but it is worth a shot.

BTW...that was exactly the problem.  Tested it & eye color appeared, although the game hung-up every few seconds. So, I'll sacrifice eye color for actually being able to play. Thanks for all the help, everyone.

Ummm...but what if...you know...you want to...use that room?  Unless, of course you have more than one bedroom...

That makes sense. I'm sure there will be other situations where you'll need to make the tough choices.

Ummm...but what if...you know...you want to...use that room?  Unless, of course you have more than one bedroom...

Yes.. this may be a problem.. In this case I just hope that she is not really inteersted to look at the house but she is only interested in something else...

Well....Im already home I was sent home early. It was snowing and raining really hard. No one else was gonna show up. Btw, I only live 10 minutes away...that's how im home so quick... that, and I am actually Speedy Gonzalez reincarnated...

And me being in this thread completely convinced me to play DAO again...Im gonna give ME2 a break for a week or 2, or so I say...

I'm rather envious of your commute...mine's at least an hour one-way; longer if traffic is bad or there's an accident or bad weather.

I never accepted Morrigan offer... I don't trust her.. I never romanced her, therefore her offer seems to me just a selfish and opportunistic way to help her in her purposes.. and I didn't allow it...

I understand you.. I am not able to stop playing this game.. It is like a drug. I tried to play ME2 in order to forget it, well after 1 week I had to stop playing ME2  and to begin a new Dragon Age playthrough... Maybe Awakening, if it will disappoint me as I expect will help me to give up for few times this game..

I know they write her that way, but my HFN gets her approval at 100 and Morrigan thinks of her as a sister.  Her remarks are so kind & tender. Yes, her actions are done for herself, but you get to benefit from it too. Her comments at Denerim's Gates seem so genuine...she wants you to live life and have a very happy one.  Having said that, however, I'm sure my actions are going to come back in bite me...too much foreshadowing for it not to. Still is will be very interesting if that does come to pass.

 Oh I've romanced Morrigan a few times I do like her (like Leliana to, but it depends on what kind of character I'm RPing to whether they go for Morrigan or Leliana), still Morrigan has Claudia Black voice .  Anyhow, my most poignant playthroughs (such as my first) have been romancing Morrigan but being unable to agree to the Ritual, and doing the US.  Morrigan walking out has such a feeling of sadness and loss to it at that point

But the worst thing was that she also tried to force me to accept speaking about my beloved Leliana.. She said "what do you think she will say if she will ever know you are going to die?".. well trying to manipulate people by using their feelings it's really a proof of an evil nature in my opinion.. I really get very angry when she told me those words...
