not really, after engaging in pojectile vomiting (as Alistair would say  all night :)), i spent the whole day home drinking tea and eating some crackers. At least i have time to play Awakening.

Anf thank you for asking, hope you had a pleasant day so far?

Pretty good so far today, although I've been inside working and it is near 70 degrees in the Beantown! BTW: loved your post re: conversation system. It was well done and eloquently stated. I need to get home soon and pick-up some playtime so I'll be ready to discuss when everyone else is ready.

Did you catch the flu?

Thx, it took me all morning to write this down. Wanted to make sure i do not forget anything and on the other hand that it won't get toolong (obviously, i failed on that ;)).

No idea what that is, i suppose so yes. Going to take it easy today and tomorrow and hope that over the weekend, i recover and get up again. Well at least it's finally starting to feel like spring outside

Well, when you're passionate about a topic, it's difficult to pare it down. Also, if you're trying to influence someone to see your side, you want to try and make all of your points. Posted Image

It's awfully quiet here. But then I suppose we expected that. Will everyone be checking in by Saturday?

I will, no idea about the rest. Wondering where some of them have gone, without even saying goodbye :crying:

A little odd, I must admit. Perhaps they're having, like, real lives! Posted Image  Although, reading the last few pages of posts, I sensed a frustration level. I'm not there yet and I might be once I finish my first playthrough. Still trying to stay positive and leave my opinion until I'm done playing.

But I did want to check-in and see how everyone was doing.

Wishing you a speedy recovery, Sir Sam!

That was a good post in the conversation topic Sam :-)

And no Awakening for me yet as well, though to be honest I'm not to bothered about it, I lost my 'can't wait to play this' enthusiasm for it increasingly over the last month or so, with the conversation thing just being the last nail in that. Now it's a game I will play when it arrives during my free time, but not something I can't wait to arrive and get out to try (and especially make time for) like I did Origins.

The only thing I'm really focused on now is whether they seek to really implement Awakenings conversation style into the rest of the DA series, as that will likely decide if I decide to remain a avid follower of it or not

Barry Manilow is on my radio right now. Ever notice that no one claims to listen to Barry Manilow, but he's record sales are through the roof? What's up with that?

He's a guilty pleasure, no one dares admit to liking him, but they all secretly buy his records :D:P

Oh yeah...saw the banner yesterday, but didn't really have a chance to act upon it until today. When I see it, I just keep thinking about the scene someone had posted re: Fergus entering the Landsmeet shouting, "Highever supports the Wardens!" That's what it reminds me of and, honestly, gives me a chill because that'd be such a cool scene!  (I have a tendency to imagine some scenes like mini-movies in my head which can be distracting at times. I may need therapy!  lol).

Sad, but true!  His tunes are, darn it, catchy and toe-tapping! Of course, being a former jingle-writer, catchy is up his alley!

I didn't leave without saying goodbye, I was just finishing my second ME2 playthrough :). Now that I think about it, if they could implement something like the interrupts of ME2 into DA2 it would be cool.

And now, let's go to bed. Good night!

Time for some over the top melodrama :D

The lost of Origins conversations makes me feel kinda like this song (but in a milder - haven't actually lost the love of my life - kinda way :P)

Hmmm. interesting thought. The radio station I listen to plays a true variety of music from all genres. There are even moments when a Dean Martin or Frank Sinatra song come on followed by The Black Eyed Peas. I call it radio for schizophrenics...and I love it. Posted Image

It's very pretty, but so melancholy!  Justin Hayward...is he from The Moody Blues?

Yeah, the song was for Jeff Wayne's The War of the Worlds musical (is even better with the narration by what sounds like Richard Burton B))
