I won't buy DLC for Mass Effect games.. I am not as attached to that game as I am attached to Dragon Age...
I didn't buy even the Collector Edition for ME2 while for Dragon Age I bought the CE and all DLCs...

al dlc for ME so far, as well as the upcoming Firewalker pack is with if you activate your code to the Cerberus network within the box of ME 2. The first ME 2 that will cost you money is the Kasumi dlc somewhere in April, all the stuff so far is for free for all users who used the Cerberus network code

I think I have one DLC for the first ME.. and it came free. Something Sky? I liked ME but like Max MacFluffies. I never truly got attached to it.

EDIT.. obviously, or i would have played ME2 by now. I own it.. it is waiting patiently for me

Yes... I downloaded all the stuff available using the code I found in my box...
And I have to say they were also more easy to install than Dragon Age DLCs because I downloaded them as a normal .exe file and after this I installed them offline.. I had no all the problems like for RTO I had to stop e start the updater service and so on...

sounds familiar. Started one too and deleted her right after she got started. Though i have to admit i am bit curious how that hostility between the people of Amaranthine and the Commander from Orlais will play out

I already said.. I don't wanna be a damn Orlesian Warden...and I'm going to do exactly what I said

No really.. I am not intersted in playing the game with a different character. It could be interesting just in case you could have romance or if there was some choices, like in origins you could took in the first moment of the game.
Since the 2 important decisions are all at the end...I really don't feel the need even for all people who wants try different ending to make a full playtrough.. just reload one of the last saves and change decisions
I'm sorry for all people like you who had a lot of characters to be exported and was hoping to play all of them in Awakening... I was right when I keeped only my favourite character and deleted the others...

Edit: Max will probably like this, but i think it's good news for everyone. I am sure there will be more than game that plays within a different timeline and place, but the whole world of Thedas is so huge and rich, my guess is there will be both. Continuity as well as separate games.
Who knows, maybe the next game is within a different timeline, a prequel maybe, but there will be closure within the many games that will follow.
And for all this talk about Dragon Age is not the Warden's story, of course it is not, there are more stories to be told. That alone does not say there won't be one out of 5 games within the next ten years that finish the Warden's story. I said it before somewhere else, Dragon Age, if they want it to be
sucessful in the future, shouldn't be about unfinished stories
throughout all of Thedas either.
And on a different note: when you hear all this talk Dragon Age is nost just about the Warden, just remember Mhairi. What they tell and what they do can be really different things we all know.

And i go off now too, have a good evening and a good night

Yeah !! This means I'll play Awakening until I'll die..that would happen more or less when I'll be 120-125
