I'm not very good at micromanaging, so I wanted to set up my Rogue to have Dual Striking and Momentum at once and do most of their damage through auto attacks.
Is it better to use stamina for abilities instead of multiple sustained?
What weapons should I use? One handed melee + dagger or would two daggers be better?
Most damage out of Rogue on autopilot?

Don't use dual striking, it lowers dps. Just get coupe de grace and get your mage to use paralyse or cone of cold on any enemies that your rogue is attacking.
Also, set your rogue to use riposte whenever possible.
The key to it is just to stun or ortherwise incapaictate the enemies so your rogue can auto backstab them.

On auto-pilot, I like the Dual-Striking Momentum combo. Clearly you can do better with Coup de Grace if you're actively choosing targets, but left to his own devices he'll do better with Dual-striking and Momentum. I actually turn those on for Alistair in fights as soon as he's out of stamina.
