Actually released a few weeks ago, but I just found this forum 

A set of late-game tank shields forged to match the Warden Commander armor set and the
Grey Warden Runic armor set. Stats make them slightly better than Duncan's Shield but not quite as good as the Fade Wall. These are re-textures of the kite, tower, and targe (large round) shields. These shields are created as new item variants so this mod does not change any of your existing items or textures. The shields are added to Bodahn's store inventory.

Released v1.1. This release fixes a minor mod incompatibility, and adds a black retexture for the Grey Warden Runic shields to match the black retex by jolly 2807.
