I have been playing Dragon Age online for over a month now and decided to download Toolset, but it tells me I need to register my copy. I have my game registered with EA games, but when I try to register with bioware, it gives me this code is not valid. I've read through some of the other posts about this. I've seen people saying signing out and signing back in works for them, but for me, it does not.
If any one has any other suggestions, I thank you for them.

I downloaded my game a month ago but I wanted to get the DLCs that come with the Deluxe Edition, so I tried to register today and got the same issue. I wonder if it's a problem with the server today?

I've been to other sections in the forums there is a guy/girl (who knows) that contacted them and they said that everyone's code is valid there is just some problems on the site or what ever and they are working on it. Believe me I've had the same problem all day and not a single thing I did worked and i got my copy just this week so the keys for sure are valid. I guess just wait till tomorrow and see if it works again.

yea tell me about it guys just got this yesterday and have spent off and on trying to reg game on bioware as well as promo codes and both say the codes are no good, any ideas? i am reged on ea games with no probs there

its BioWare not your codes a guy a while ago told me that they contacted Bioware already and they are fixing it if you can take that persons word for it, it's really up to you as for me i'm just going to play it then register tomorrow (hoping that its already fix)

Hi, I am experiencing the same problem. I have purchased a copy of DA:O Collector Edition, but I can't register it online on the Bioware Website.

but when I insert my registration key I obtain the following error:
"Code is not valid for game".
Could anyone please help me with this?
Please note that this is the same serial number that is indicated on the back
of my manual, and which I have used to succesfully install the game.
The strange thing is that at the same time I can see my player profile. I do not understand what is going on.
If more information is needed, such as my serial code or ID proof, I am happy to provide everything which is needed but I would urge Bioware to contact me privately via email since I prefer not to post it here on the boards.

I'm thankful I'm not the only one having this problem. I thought there was something wrong with what I was doing. I mean, I read a post from back in Nov that there was still a problem with registering and they still haven't fixed it. Strange. I'm still playing the game and I love it. Just would have liked to have been able to register it. Thanks for everyone's feedback. Glad it's not just me.

Hi I posted this yesterday but I talked to tech support yesterday and they said its a problem on their side, all your keys ARE VALID and they are working on the issue and they said it would be fixed within 24 hours[Though that was like 18 hours ago O_O ]

glad to know at least they are trying, but you would think that if there is a reg key and the product is just bought and new to the owner that we could all just do the reg and dlc promo codes would all work fine lmao

ok west coast time is 10:45pm in cali and was finally able to reg game and was then able to do the patch and was able to do DLC redeem codes, hope everyone else can too good luck and good hunting
