When i try to register Mass Effect 2, both my Cerberus Network code, and the one that came on the back of the manuel, fail. Why is this?

When you have a PC that meets the requirements, try again. It was probably the bad server setup used for that activity, which becomes overloaded easily. Your laptop isn't upgradeable, and a GVS 160 Quadro isn't equal to a minimum card.
