FYI -
I had this stuck in downloading, followed ElKnight's advice, just reloaded and looks like all is back to normal. (or what passes for it). Haven't played yet but no stuck download and DLC listed and authorised. We'll see when I start playing...

I followed the steps in this thread and the Bioware sticky, and none of them do anything. I'm not altogether confident that the Config utilitly actually clears the download cache. The configuration utility doesn't give any feedback after I click the button to clear the cache. Maybe that's normal. (And if it is, I don't care for the design.) Does anyone know how to manually clear the download cache. Windows 7 64.
Already have RtO by the way. Just the dragon armor I already have is constantly saying it's downloading.

Yeah, as I figured the Clear Download Cache in config wasn't really firing, but you don't have a way to know that since it gives you no error messages when it fails. I noted that all the others were giving me error messages (such as making shortcuts).
Had to go to Dragon Age's bin_ship directory and authorize the DAOriginsConfig app for admin and then run the clear command so that the cache would clear.
It would be useful the config utility would output permission errors when it doesn't have admin access needed to make deletions. Again, it already does this on most option. It does not do it on Clear Download Cache.
(Granted following some of the other suggestions on the forums I somehow have another set of Blood Dragon ready for download. Eh, whatever. )
