This has got me psyched, and then dropped back down. Late March ain't that bad, but still.
Graphics engines have nothing to do with how game mechanics work.Newbiezilla wrote...
I replayed Mass Effect again a few times in the last few months as well as replaying ME2 a few times since its release. I didn't shed a tear on account of the loss of the Mako.
Frankly, I felt the Unreal Engine 3 doesn't do driving sections well. Epic couldn't get it to work in Gears of War or Gears 2. What other driving sections are there in UE3? I'm sure I've played other ones but nothing comes to mind. Any done well? Anyway, this'll bring new missions along with the driving, so that'll be great.
Actually, even though the driving wasn't the best in the first ME, it was nice that it was there. Exploration. Gave a bit of time for build up, for instance, take Noveria. Going to Peak 15. We knew there was some craziness going on up there, and the journey there was pretty cool rather than just being there.
So how does that make sense if you chose the Paragon ending? Weird for TIM to go say "Oh hey thanks for going rogue on me, here's a hover tank."
