when i try to redeem says the server isn't responding. i looked @ my dlc it's not on there. Is there anything I can do?

You aren't alone. This is happening today when I try to redeem a promo, as well. I'm trying to redeem the Terminus Assault Armor & M-490 Blackstorm Projector. It would appear the server is down or broken. The real question is whether EA/BioWare are even aware of the problem.

I am having the same problem today. Does anyone know what is causing this? For me it is the collectors DLC though.
