However he is considered unacceptable to lead the second squad in the first part of the mission were someone must go through the vents.
I chose Legion to go through vents which works however Zaeed seems to be the problem because he should not be leading my second squad.
Please explain to me how you prop him up story line and character to be easily the most experienced person on my ship to be a leader on the battlefield and then force him to fail. At the same time you say Jack and Miranda are the appropriate picks...
How does this make sense according to there "profiles"? Not only does Miranda herself say Zaeed is a good choice but Jack hes no leading experience and Miranda only has ever led elite cerberus squads were Zaeed being former merc boss managed to lead entire merc bands comprised of anything and everything.
I believe this is unfair I am on my second play through on insanity I might add with the same character I really don't want to play through with the same guy a third time (hes my ME1 char) just because your logic in that mission is extremely flawed.
All my characters are loyal, fully upgraded and every single side quest completed. Incase anyone thinks those may be issues... there not.

As for Zaeed, if you talk to him on the normandy you actually find out that a lot of the missions he went on ended up with only him surviving out of his entire squad or his squad being ambushed. He may not be a great squad leader but he's excellent at holding the line because he's one tough bastard, That's why he survived all those missions that went horribly wrong.

You need a tech specialist for this mission and Zaeed isn't one that's why he can't lead the mission.Brickthegrim wrote...
Zaeed the newest member to the game is a former merc band leader with possibly more years as a leader then shepard himself.
