Poor Jacob, he will never get rid of that terrible line. On a more on topic note though, my gaydar says that he might be a decent s/s romance option. I would prefer Kaidan though.

Well you read the first line of my post.... but the rest of my post clearly details why they are female... 

What you missed...

...We don't see their naughty bits, but they're clearly female. I think they are even described in the codex as an all-female race, and they refer to their children as daughters and not a gender neutral term like offspring. 

They look completely and utterly female and would be attractive (sexually) to anyone who likes females and they are unattractive (sexually) to anyone who is not attracted to females. Therefore... for all intents and purposes... they're female.

Mono-gendered = one gender (female)
Anytime anyone speaks about an asari, the pronoun is she.

Therefore any femshep that romances Liara is in a lesbian relationship.
To claim otherwise is cheap and transparent.

It's pretty irrelevant on the game user end, as we never see genitalia, so all we judge them on is the fact that she has feminine facial features, large breasts, a slender waist and round bottom like a female.

To our human player eyes, she is female. And so to our human mind, an attraction to her is one that is inspired by a real-life attraction to females.
Ergo, an asari romance with femshep is a lesbian relationship.

If you don't find human females attractive there are no reason for you to go for asari considering their (fanservice) design. Therefore a femShep being atracted to Liara is definitely showing lesbian tendencies. From Liaras point of wiew it's something else of course but that doesn't change Shepards intentions.
So there we have it: There are already potentialy homosexual contents in the ME story. So I don't see no reason to not include more LBGT options.

Not exactly. More to the fact that they´re hot, and that they do something with your brain so you like them.

Exactly Liara is omnisexual as orientation and belongs to a mono-sexual (biology) and mono-genderd (sociology) species.
Female Shepard can be what the player wants her to be.
The relationship between female Shepard and Liara is homosexual because both are  female.

I didn't say Liara was homosexual. But if you are a female and you are sexually attracted to Liara, you are at least bisexual. This has absolutely nothing to do with Liara's orientation and I have always been talking about the player, which i have taken great pains to be clear about in my posts...
