They must have the data stored somewhere. I doubt they delete stuff like that for no reason. And a reason would be anti-gay threads, but I have never seen one.

I think at this point if they want to do a male Shepard/Kaidan romance it should be in an expansion or Mass Effect 3, but tie in the history they share to it. Something like how Kaidan need the shock of Shepard's death to accept what he feels for him.

I wonder if they have Mark Meer and Jennifer Hale available for any DLC they do. If they don't, that puts a stop on any further romance options, assuming not everything was recorded.



Also means any new characters will be like Zaeed, you only get to listen to their monologue rather than talk to them.
