I find myself really hoping for Hendel in ME3. Perhaps even in a ME2 expansion. He is such a fantastic character. Not to mention having a male romance option that is just m/m is very appealing.

Well, we're back at offending for offending's sake. Unlike you apparently, I've actually known some gay people. I can assure you that you would never know even after a good chat with them, unless they felt the need to tell you.
But if you think that Queer Eye for the Straight Guy is all you need to know about the gay people, be my guest. Just stop yapping about your so-called expertise on the subject.

Danman, I must say, if only most of the women I hung around with had gaydar as good as yours, I would have had a much easier time in high school and university.

Regardless, I am 100% positive that you have encountered more gay men in your life than you've "pinged" on as gay.  I would encourage you to Google the "availability heuristic."  Your bias is showing, buddy.

Anyways: If BW decides not to use s/s DLC or in the expansion but in ME3 what kind of character do you think they would use for the m/m and f/f options? Frankly I'm wiling to think they'd probably use aliens (actual androynous aliens would be nice).

I suppose since I'm a lesbian who shaves, does her hair nice and wears makeup you'd say I'm "acting straight" huh? Even though it's just that I LIKE to do these things. People are always surprised to learn I'm gay, even though I'm a pretty big tomboy. Probably because they have a narrow idea of what a "lesbian" is.

As a gay person I think I'd know more about variety in the personalities and lifestyles of gay people than you, a straight boy who is determined to look down on them. So fail is you.

Personally, I just don't see the whole 'no' side of the arguement.  I myself have no intrest in them adding gay romances, and likely wouldn't bother playing one.  But, I can't think of a single reason why I'd care if they added it in or not.

I don't think they are going to make a universe filled with bi-sexuals. They may write two sets of scripts, record two scripts, but they aren't going to enact it because it would simply be ridiculous if everyone was bi-sexual. If there were to be homosexual choices creating they'd need different characters to accommodate a homosexual choice. And they aren't going to make a set of homosexual femshep options, a set to heterosexual femshep options, a set of homosexual maleshep options and set of heterosexual male shep options.

I would rather them have alternative plantonic opposite sex dialog. If spending time on homosexual dialog would reduce the heterosexual dialog options then I would say no to homosexual dialog. Hell, I'd rather them spend time giveing the crew more dialog then on dialog that only a small fraction of people would ever even bother with.

Fine then. Gay people do not have to adhere to these specific mannerisms and/or way of speech that you've yet to elaborate on.

You seem to be under the impression that gay people will always behave outside the norm, however slight you claim these behaviours are. This is simply not the case, even with this impeccable 'gaydar' of yours, eventually you come across a gay guy that gives no indication whatsoever without outright telling you. You may have even met such a guy, and the beauty of it is that you had absolutely no idea.

Guys, the argument about his perfect gaydar has been happening since before I went to sleep. Now I wake up and it's still going on.
