A little help, please.



I'm supposed to have 5 characters. I have one Tora, but that's only because I uploaded her from the Character Creator. I've reached about level 28 in Awakening but it shows level 1 with 0 xp. She's got a 1004 error and I've followed all your steps and repeated them several times. I have 2 from the OC which I've just deleted. They both showed 1005 errors. I'm trying to get them up again but, like the first one, I don't see anything. One of those I also started a new Awakening campaign with and I completed it with her appearing on my page at all. Finally, the last one has 1001 and 1003 error codes with 2 files. She's deleted on my profile but not on my diagnostics page. I'm sad.

That count is in conflict with your previous post. Are you getting it from the diagnostics page or is that the total number of characters you expect to be able to see on your persona page?

Okay, I've got 5 characters I'm supposed to have. My profile shows 1 and diagnostics shows 2.

Profile:
Tora, 1004, 3 files

Diagnostics
Rin, 1001, 1003, 2 files
Tora, 1004, 3 files

Total = 5.

The other two were deleted.
Gia OC, 1005, 5 files
Sybil, 1005, 5 files

And the last never appeared
Gia Awakening

I've also imported a new one into Awakening since then and it hasn't shown up either.

I think my game isn't uploading the information at all. I've already tried the OP's method. Is there anyway to force it?

i have an xbox 360 character and were aloud to have up to twelve profiles ive recently reached my limit and there is no delete profile button on xbox!!!!! so im stuck with 6 files i dont even like that i want to get rid of to make room for new character so i went to dragon age webbsite and uploaded my game to my profile then there were delete buttons under all my characters so i thought if i deleted them here it would fix everything but instead now i still have them on xbox just not showing on my pc and its pissing me off how do i fix this problem!!!!

This worked great, Darth, I finally got rid of the 13 extra files on my character's profile - no more 1005 error!
