I apologize if this has been answered already but I just bought DAO recently and redeemed the codes for the stone prisoner and blood dragon plate. They show up as purchased in the game but when I go to download them I get an error message that has the status code 800700e8. It says try again later but I try again and get the same message. Any help would be nice. Thanks.

I have the same error when trying to download the Lucky Stone. I've also noticed that Warden's Keep, the one DLC I haven't downloaded doesn't show up in the list anymore. It suggests some problem connecting to the servers with the data on it?

I picked up DA O yesterday ready to play, and my dlc won't download either. I keep getting error code 800700e8 and it tells me to try back later. When I do I get the same thing. Any answers?

I would suggest contacting EA customer support (live chat works best) and seeing what they can do for you. They are generally very helpful and should have an idea of what to do.

I did contact EA and they said Biowares severes are having issues and give it a few business days. Problem is a few business days is after the weekend. I bought this game to play this weekend. Very unhappy with purchase now.

I can definitely understand, I'd be pissed too. I did'nt know the servers were still having issues.
For what it's worth the game is incredible and you will be richly rewarded for your patience, the game is seriously that good. I know that does'nt do much for you right now but it's something to keep in mind.

Yeah, a little upset myself, I don't want to start the game until the DLC is on my 360. Seems like when something big like this is happening, tech support should be putting in OT to get it fixed...no waiting until the end of the weekend.

Okay as of now it's working. I went to the download menu and it let me download my content.

I can second this.
Thank you Bioware for not screwing us weekend buyers.
