i hope that this is the right place to post it....

Well... i belive that the title kinda explains, what's my problem.... but here it goes... i'm trying to redeem my mass effect 2 collectors'edition, in order to get those weapons and stuff, (cerberus code worked properly, so that's why i'm stranged and making this post....) and when i write the code as i see it on the sheet of paper, it only keeps saying.... No response received from remote serverplease check your registered game promotions to confirm if your promotion has been registered, and when i click on it, i only see the cerberus promotion stuff... eh... it's there any kind of problem? it's the code? please i really don't know what to do....

I'm having the exact same problem, the cerberus code worked fine, but I am not getting a response when I enter the code for the collector's armor and rifle.

I'm having the same problem trying to redeem Collectors Amor. My EA account links to my gamertag. The emails are the same, but keep getting this error. I've been looking online for answers, but no fix. This is getting frustrating.

I am attempting to redeem my Dragon Age codes and its not working. Same problem as you all. I did notice that my Blood Dragon Armor is available in the DLC menu when I start up DA, but there is nothing downloading. I had it already redeemed from playing ME2. Also I found this: http://social.biowar...06/index/825690 so it has happened before. I'm thinking its just a down server some where.

Thank god I found this thread. Now I know, I'm not the only one. I have the same problem with Dragon Age and code for Dragon Armor and DLC.

Same issue here, just got the ME2 CE version and trying to redeem the pre-order code + Bonus Collector Armour and Assault Rifle code. Cerberus Code entered fine on the 360.

When is this rubbish going to be fixed? I paid $120 for the CE so I could use these items on my character when I started. Looks like I won't be playing this game anytime soon Been trying to redeem the codes for hours.

Same problem here trying to access the terminus code. I really hope it's just a temporary server system and it's back up soon.

Just tried to redeem a Blood Dragon Armor code and got the same problem. I thought maybe it was the code since a got it from e-bay, but I guess not. I had no problem when I redeemed my Collector's & Terminus Armor codes a few days ago. Hope this does not effect the code from working, since we entered it into the website. I will be very upset if the site wont accept the promo code, once it is up and running again.

Same here with the Inferno Armor code. A post in the 'How to Redeem Promo codes' thread (stickied at the top) says ea support knows about it and are working on it.

im starting to get pissed off at this i paid alot for the collectors edition and i cant get my collector armor and rifle to redeem  i got the terminus/inferno/and blood dragon armor to go through but not the collector armor i called EA yesterday and they said its was Bioware and it was only temporary try 24 hrs and try again well here it is a day later and they still wont redeem i feel like im getting the runaround
