Well, her voice is just human with a voice depending on the voice actor. No effects there, there is nothing Rigaudio can do. Sorry captain sparrow.

I love the Sovereign and Turian ones. As for the Drell, something's off. Thane's voice was gravelly, sure, but moreover he sounded like his throat was really dry.
