Ok, so there's all this stuff for ME2, like Zaaed and the Normandy Crash Site, right? So my question is do we still have to download any PC version DLC from the Bioware if we bought Mass Effect 2 (I have the Digital Deluxe version, if that helps) via Steam? Thank you in advance.

How? I've got the Steam version, with two keys (ME2 Game and ME2 Cerebus) I've created this account. I've registered my Game key, and it shows up on the left menu here. I tried the Cerebus key and, but on the left menu "Your registered game promotions" it doesn't show. I've tried again and got a "key already in use" message. Starting the game doesnt show anything, how do you tell if it's installed or not?

Yeah I was wondering the same thing. Also, how do you know if your DLC is activated or not? And do I have to do anything else other than download said DLC.

I registered the keys on the social bioware site. It should show you what is registered to your account in the "Profile/Your registered game promotions" area of the site.

On a somewhat related issue, if you've bought the digital collector's edition from Steam, how do you get the extra material (video, comic book) that's supposed to come with it? I couldn't find any reference to them anywhere (either in Steam client or in BioWare's site).

If its anything like the Dragona Age steam install, the extra content is in a folder in the game files somewhere.

Program files > steam > steamapps > common > mass effect 2 > bonus.

By default the bonus content, art comic documentary are in that folder.
