I've been modifying the creatures participating in a battle in an area of mine, removing some, adding others to balance it.

I always
1. Export dependant resources
2. Generate Module XML
3. Generate Manifest XML

and yet my recent changes have not affected the area at all, it still has the same troops it had BEFORE my adjustments.

Any advice? Suggestions?
