Okay, during Thane's loyalty mission; after following the Turian and his body guard into the second club I get accosted by a clerk in the back rooms overhead, After this my character is unable to move and my gme freezes (as in unable to bring up the menu or anything like that) but Thane keeps yelling at me that I"m losing the target. This didn't happen in my first two playthroughs however, so if anyone has a solution, that would be awesome, thanks.

Same problem. You can avoid that by staying as far away as possible from him. So enter that room on the very edge of the door and head for the exit door in the same fashion.

I also got the problem, since the activation is near impossible to avoid, I tried doing something different. Instead of giving the upper left paragon response, I used the middle right neutral response and went through it without a hitch. hope this helps
