Not able to take screenshots

I've been playing this game for a while and I realized early on that I'm not able to take any screenshots. Where there should be pics there are only grey squares and it's starting to ****** me off immensly. Can anyone help me with this? I haven't seen anyone else having the same problem.

funny, the print screen doesn't do a thing for me, i push it and push it again and nope, nothing

I have this, when I use a certain screen resolution for the game. So I always have to use specific resolution, if I want to take screenshots. I don't know if it's an issue with the game itself, or my computer, or my screen. But this actually happens in both of the computers I use to play the game, so I kind of think it's about the game itself rather than the computer. I can't unfortunately remember what resolutions I use when I want to take screenies, and can't check it right now, either.
Edited: actually I don't even get grey screens, the print screen button just don't work on wrong res.

I had the same problem with the PrtScn key so I changed it in the Control Settings to another key. When I press it the screen now freezes AS IF it's taking a screenshot, but no, still nothing.
