Hi,

I just purchased return to ostagar and it's appearing in the "download Progess" tab of the downloadable content section, however it wont move past 0% downloaded, ive tried disabling my firewall, restarting dragon age but to no effect.

anyone know how to fix this?

Sorry for not being any help but my download also does not work. I have already downloaded and installed it but when I try to access it by speaking to the stabbed fella in game it started to download again and the status on the previous download became "unauthorised". Does anybody know how to fix?

I have the same problem, i´m trying to download right now. As aditional information, i stupidly started the download while running the auto backup, duh. And i´m running on windows 7 64 bits.

good news, I have it already. My DAO copy as well as my OS are in spanish so i'll have to translate, but i hope this is useful for everyone. This is what i did:



-restart

-go to: c:/program files/dragon age/bin_ship

-run the DAOriginsConfig

- Under repair tab, click on "erase download cache"

- run DAO

well...that didn't work so well...unfortunately.



it's no longer appearing in the downloading column, and actually, it's now back to the 'available to purchase' one! however, it still appears in my registered game promotions on the website.



first time i've ever had a hassle with this stuff, blah

Can't download it too. Wonder why the game required 1.02 is red. I should have that patch.

Is it possible some EA servers are down for maintenance or something? Where can we check that?

Read the sticky. Try manual download and install.

I had the same problem...stuck at 0%. I have usually left my log on status as "keep me logged on" so I tried logging off and then logging on again. The download started then. Hope it works for you. Now I have another problem. Now some of my DLC is listed as unauthorized...user must log on the be available. But I am logged on so what gives. Anyone have a solution for that?

I have the same problem. No matter what I try download progress is 0 %.

I too have the same issue... this is very frustrating. DRM should not prevent legitimate customers from accessing content they purchased.

I just can't seem to find the DLC, AT ALL.



it's not in the official list of DLC's here on the website and it's not showing up as something i can buy on the ingame store.

I am experiencing the same problem with my download of Return to Ostagar being stuck at 0%. I also noticed that this downloadable content does not have a "Download" button like the previous packages.

How frustrating - I will leave my game running in the hopes that it will start the download procedure at some point.

Doing a manual instal won't help when the game tells you 'can't load save, RTO required' and RTO is installed and unauthorized.

Hello all. For me, after going to help.dragonage.com, my unauthorised issue is finally solved. All I did was log out and log back into my profile. I hope this helps at least some of you.

hey just wanted everyone to know I just booted the game up again and he download just started going, thanks to everyone for their help!
