Hi guys, just a quick question here. I ran out of space on my old hard drive and removed all my game data (not my save data) when I swapped the new one in. I just reinstalled the game data tonight. Then I downloaded and installed the Blood Armor, Warden's Keep, and Stone Prisoner DLC, but the bonus stuff that came with the CE (Bergen's Honor, Final Reason, Grimoire of the Frozen Wastes) doesn't appear in the downloads menu in the shop.
Is the data for this kept in the save file (i.e. it'll still be unlocked if I restart) or am I screwed and unable to get it back since it's a one-time use code?
Collector's Edition goodies after reinstall?

Go to your Downloaded list (in the PS Store I think) it'll have it all there where you can re-download it

Warden's Keep, Stone Prisoner, and Blood Armor are all there, but the other three CE-only loot goodies aren't anywhere to be found in the Store's download list.
I'll look again. I'm thinking they must be treated differently than the normal DLC somehow.

Can anyone with those three specific Collector's Edition items go to their download lists and confirm that they're there? Because they're not in the store's download list for me.
The only other thing I can think of is that they're already unlocked in the game save somehow (although I don't know how that would be possible), so I'll find out soon enough anyway, or else I won't be getting them back without dev. intervention. Alas. Great game though!

Official EA/BioWare support emailed me back saying they don't know how this CE stuff works since it's in-game content... which is kind of odd. Since it doesn't appear in the Store downloads list, I'm guessing it must just be built into the game and the promo code unlocks it in your save file. If that's true, then the items should still be there even after the game data is deleted and then reinstalled. And if it's NOT unlocked in the save data, then anyone who removes their game data and can't redownload it simply can't get it back.
I'm guessing I'm the only person who bought the CE, since no one's responded in the past 5 days about the stuff appearing in their downloads list, so it's possible that no one will have an answer to this question... but it's worth a shot. Where is the first point in the game that I can locate and acquire these CE-specific items? I kind of want to start a new game and see if they're in there.

Follow-up: the guy I contacted at EA/BioWare support claims that these items are available to everyone—not just collector's edition folks—through normal in-game play, and that there is no promo code to unlock/obtain them. This makes me kind of wonder what the promo code that came with the CE was even for... But oh well, as long as I know I didn't screw myself over and I'm not missing out on anything, that's cool.
Has anyone had any luck yet checking your download section in the PS Store yet?

Final message from me here! I tried entering the code again, and then the goodies appeared where they were supposed to be in the download list! Kind of an odd little thing, but there they were. Cheers for your patience, and thanks to Slarth79 for you help!
