I was able to redeem numerous other codes (Cerberus Net, Dragon Armor, Terminus Gear, etc.) but for the actual game? Yup, not working on the website. I get the wonderfully generic "Code is not valid for game".
Thoughts?

Same thing here. For some reason trying to register the retail game through here doen't seem to work. Funny. I thought I was reading the code wrong until the install accepted it OK. Must be a server side validation error.

I have exactly the same problem. Cerberus and everything works fine, I've had ME2 installed for about a month, tried to register it today and... "Code is not valid for game". The ME2 DLC is sitting happily right alongside the Dragon Age stuff, but the game itself won't register.

I have this problem with the cerberus key and the game key (Steam version); """Code is not valid for game""" and """No response received from remote server... please check your Registered Game Promotions page to confirm if your promotion has been registered"""...We need help

Same here. I was able to register the promo codes while launching the game, where it asks you for your EA account. I was able to install with the CD-key provided, but not register it here.

Ok, well it works for me now. Possibly there's an occasional error in the registration form?

It works now. Server was "glitchy". For those of you having problems reedeeming the cerberus codes through the social.bioware site, log in and input the code in game. It should work and the DLC links should appear in your Profile>Your Registered game promotions menu.
It amazes me though that the cerberus network activation instructions printed on the card are misleading. Registering through EA.com is a nightmare. It should just say create an account in game or through this site. It is thanks to Dragon Age that I sorted out the DLC registration hurdles and social.bioware.com. I can only imagine the pain it must be for the newcomers who only want to play ME2.
