Hi.
Can anyone tell my what is the max lvl I can reach on hardcore?
I trek everywhere on foot (mean not using mako to kill enemies), done almost all assignements, now on second mission world; Peak 15, just before the fight with Benezia. Current lvl 42 I think.
Thanks.

The hard cap is 60, this is regardless of difficulty. If you're starting from level 1 about the best you'll do in 1 playthrough is 57 again, pretty much regardless of difficulty

How do you get Level 57 on one playthrough?
Heck, I'm on my second and on my way to Level 59. Almost there....

You do every quest & kill everything outside of the Mako (last shot only needed) & that is after you've beaten the game once to raise the level cap from 50 to 60.

Also it can be inferred since the OP is talking about playing on hardcore, that this is not the first play through.

I killed everything I could from the mako and got to level 57 on normal. I did however have both exp modifier achievements. Now I'm going through with no mako kills trying to 1-60 in one play through.

Let me save you some time and spoil it for you: that cannot be done. The most you can do starting from level 1 is 57. You will run out of things to do at around level 56 and then at some point during the final mission you will hit 57.

You can't make it without using the console or an exploit (Therum save/load glitch ect.). There just isn't enough experience to do so. The very best I've been able to do in one pass is 57 and tha is in about 25 or 30 play throughs without missing experience.. I've seen a few people talk about making it to 58. It takes about 400,000 experience experience to go from 57 to 60 that is around 2/3 of a play through. 57 is 462,100 xp and 60 862,100 xp. 58 is probably possible if you have both DLC and manage your xp gains carefully.

Well, I'm lvl 54 right now (if I'm correct), playin my second playthrough, one exp modifier, with BDTS dlc only, hardcore mode - starting from scratch, only Werx and Tali as companions (infiltrator class myself). Right now I'm at the start of Vermire, everything else is done to that point (to my knowledge).
Erlier I was wondering if Trasher Maws spawn at some point, or are there more than one on a given planet. i remember (I think) on my first run year(s) ago that on some dirtball there were 2 Trashers...this time I had no encounter of such kind - only single Maw a planet.
Some points to consider: while in MAKO take the enemy down to low health, disembark, strike the killing blow. After you get past 50 and not aimng for 60 you can take is easy, best weapons are at vendors for purchase, and there is no more gain than lvl points.
BTW I'm searching for BEST human light armour. Is there such thing? Are the drops random or for purchase also?

The best human light armor is colossus x manufactured by Kassa Fabrication. I think you can buy the license from the C-sec requisitions officer. You can also get a set from the engineer at the end of BDTS.

Well, I asked nicely for his omni-tool, best one ingame I think.
As for armour - I found collossus, but not sure if its IX or X

There's not really that much difference between a IX and a X.
Colossus IX
DR 64
Shields 345
tech/bio protection 36
Colossus X
DR 65
Shields 375
