The illogical decision to bring ALL team members away when testing the IFF

And, looking at the shuttle interior...from Jack's loyalty mission and the beginning of the game. Just imagining all 12 members squeezing into the small shuttle makes me feel uncomfortable. LOL.

The mission isn't so much as a plothole as it just assumes Shepard has a place to go, and the game forces you to go there. (Which you usually do, unless you finished all sidequests before that part, like I did.)

I dont have to look at it...the codex clearly states that the shuttle seats 12.
And if you listened to EDI, she says something about the possibility of something going wrong during the IFF installation, so getting everyone important off the ship actually makes sense if you think about it.

I do agree it wasnt very well handled the way the IFF kicks off.
Like having zero choice to tell EDI to wait with the IFF installment is mindblowing annoying, lol.
Buuut the story needed to move forward blabla with the "save the crew or not, roar" moment. And having your hole crew on the normandy as a collector ship parks next to your "dead" normandy probably wouldnt have been a solid idea, which EDI do mention.
I do however wonder what mission Shepard and his band of heroes went on. =P

The cutscene popped up just as I was about to have Shepard explore the Normandy crash ****e. It felt mighty ironic to me: called back from scouring the wreckage of your old ship to find out the bugs that destroyed it now abducted the crew of your new ship.Zhijn wrote...
Yes as mention, read the codex! Altho Grunt might take up 2 seats!. xD

Of course, it doesn't always work out that way.

Well that is the only thing that can explain why Vido is able to get away if you take the paragon route.

And the capacity...haha ok you guys got me. I didn't read.. But whatever the codex says, the shuttle size sure as hell doesn't look that way. Since in ME the codex is bible...oh well.
