The only time you get to truly interact with him is in his loyalty mission and then it's dealing with the fact he is trying to kill a boat load of innocent people, and that doesn't appeal to everyone.

Yeah, and you can still get his loyalty without getting him to essentially admit he was wrong. So you're left with a loyal crew member and an unsatisfying resolution if you're not a strong enough paragon. Trying to kill a bunch of innocent people doesn't usually sit well with paragons.

He is probably the best long range fighter on the team next to Legion.

Also he pryed the helmet off a Krogan.  Shepard never did that.  All Shepard has done is shoot down a Krogan then wait a second then shoot it again till it was dead... sick ****er.

Pretty much sums up my earlier post.

Zaeed had the potential to be one of my favorites, but he just feels like an afterthought. Hope Kasumi doesn't follow the same route.
