Hi. Every time i try to register a promotion code that i have it says "No response received from remote server... please check your Registered Game Promotions page to confirm if your promotion has been registered."

Is the server down or i'm doing sometging wrong?

Everyone is getting it, all your keys are valid and the issue is on bioware's end. Like the above poster said just wait it out, I was told it would be fixed within 24 hours and that was about 18 hours ago

Whew. Yay google. I just bought the deluxe version of the game from Steam and couldn't get my DLC and I'm glad I found this post using google.

This is the second time this has happened. When ME2 came out I tried to input my codes with the same effect. Yes it got fixed, but I'm an impatient man

yeah it's extremely annoying! First it's the problem of getting the game registered..now it's the redemption! Best part is, I downloaded the Deluxe Digital from Steam last night!

All I can say is that I hardly have the patience to wait 18 hours like the person before.
But I can't really play the game without Leliana's song & Darkspawn Chronicles either, which are different/additional perspectives on the game and naturally ought to be played first, since they also enable you to get items for the main storyline. Disappointment manifests...

Downloading Darkspawn Chronicles as I type. Those more sophisticated DLCs are huge, several hundred up to 1k MB per. Let's see how this works out.

It would have been helpful if you had provided a link to a thread with more up to date information regarding the issue at hand instead of just claiming such a thread's existence.
Or did you not claim that at all, but only want to suggest that there is no value in bumping threads when no new information pertaining to the solution of the problem is added?

Same problem again. I just bought the DA Origins Ultimate Edition but can't get my dlcs. I enter the code, and there is always the problem discribed here.

When trying for the second time, it says that my code was already entered.

Really annoying...

Reboot and re-launch the game

Didn't change anything.

My Ultimate Edition is registered. I'm getting this error when registering my DLC's key. In the game, it's marked "unauthorized" for the DLCs. I'm using the same account as for my basic edition.

Is there any solution for this?
