have already spoken to the appropriate npcs which allegedly said they have placed the locations on my map. I have checked and checked and the DLCs are installed and enabled.

I haven't gotten Warden's keep yet and don't plan to do so soon since I might run into the same problem my Stone Prisoner DLC is running into. The damn location won't appear on my bloody map! To top it off, the Stone Prisoner quest appears complete in my quest log after just getting the freakin' rod. To hell with Shale. I'm just going to finish the game w/o it for now.

It's happening to many of us.
Just remember that this is a 'social' ( and barely functioning ) web forum for game fans so don't expect any official tech support.

I've got the same problem, I bought Warden's Peak and it won't show up on my map after the guy at my camp 'marks it'. I also was able to go to the pass where I got shale's control rod, but the town never showed up on my map. I'm hoping we hear from Bioware about this, at least an acknowledgment of the problem, sooner rather than later.

Everything was fine for me, though I hadn't actually done the Soldiers Peak quests or Stone Prisoner yet, but the icons were there, and I had been to the areas for a quick loo. That's is until I installed the storage chest add-on. Then both WK & SP icons disappeared, so I went back to the menu disabled the storage chest add-on, Honnleath, (SP) icon came back but not Soldiers Peak,
I really hope that unofficial content is not going to be conflicting with official DLC.

Both locations have been "marked on my map" but I don't see them...

They should be outlined in yellow if you've correctly downloaded the DLC.

They were. Quests in my journal. Even traveled to soldiers peak, it kept crashing mid fight - the "reset" crash, so I left. Installed a user add-on. Then they were gone. Disabled the user add-on. Only the stone prisoner quest was on the map. Soldiers peak was gone.

Same here. I've talked to both NPCs, etc. I broke down and actually contacted EA support to get this resolved. What a nightmare. It feels like I've spent more time researching these problems than actually playing the game. It's really not the case. It just feels like it. Completely ruins the play experience and impression of the game. I wonder if the 360 version is experiencing similar problems with DLC.

Same here. And I agree with joetron, spent more time to solve the DLC issues than actually experiencing the DLCs.

EA tech support are doing what all tech support companies do, which is ignore people as long as possible, then give stock answers as long as possible, then act stupid as long as possible, in the hope that people will go away - and they usually do. It's cheaper that way, than to actually help people.
(I've logged three tickets, one got a stock answer that had nothing whatsoever to do with the question, the other two haven't even been answered yet).
So instead we end up with "social forums" like this where the overwhelming majority of people don't know the answers, and for those who do know the answers, it's usually "we're waiting on a patch from Bioware/EA" because if it's an actual bug, there's nothing else that can be done.
It's a sad situation. I don't think people should accept it, but when there's a wall of silence from EA/Bioware support, what can you do?

I'm disappointed. This is my first foray into the DLC world and with this lack of support BittermanAndy mentions and the general frustration at paying money for something I haven't been able to use, I sincerely doubt I'll be buying any more downloadable content for a long, long time.
It's my suspicion that I won't be the only one, either.

Same thing happened for me. Redeemed and downloaded the Stone Prisoner. Travelled to Sulcher's Pass, talked to the NPC who told me that he marked Honnleath on my map, but it isn't showing up for me. My friend did the same and for him it is there and happily playing with his golem. Very annoying, looks like many ppl have the same issue. Obviously bugged, but it seems that Bioware doesn't really care about it.
I've spent some time on the internet and found the following on a different site:

When you next launch the game it will download it again and if it works like it did for me when you load in your game honnleath will appear on the map."
Some guys reported back that it actually worked for them after that. However I did the same, downloaded the content again and still no mark on my map... I am using Windows 7, but I don't think that should affect this problem. Anyway, I would be happy to hear some solution.
