As is commonly known, the galaxy is Quite Big with justified capital letters. One can therefore surmise that there are billions of stories to tell for the Galactic Encyclopaedia that doesn't appear in the game

MSV Liverpool
The flagship of the Halewood & St Helens Shipping Corporation, the MSV Liverpool was one of the first ESA merchant vessels to trade with colonies beyond the Exodus Cluster. Despite the grandeur of its title of flagship, the leviathan vessel was beset by economic problems caused by raiding pirates from the Terminus Systems as well as the failing economy of its home region, the European Federation during the early 2170s, until its eventual destruction as one of many casualties during the Skyllian Blitz. Nevertheless, the vessel was a source of great pride to the Welsh Republic (Cymraeg Gweriniaeth) as it was instrumental in turning around the fortunes of the Broughton Aerospace Complex in Flintshire. A memorial to the MSV Liverpool and her 50-strong crew was built in Bwcle
