So I have been playing DA:O for about two months now and recently (within the past two weeks) I started getting the message "A server error occurred while attempting to access your online profile storage".

I googled it and came up with a few things, but no real definitive answer.  The error doesn't kill me, as the game still works, but it is annoying and I am wondering if it is preventing me from downloading my earned DLC (DA:Journeys, Character Creator, etc.).

I have the DLC for BDA, Shale and Warden's Keep already installed without issues.

Also, I started to play DA:O before truly setting up everything (I believe).  I bought DA:O at the same time as my PS3.  I set up my PS3 "account", but just jumped into the game after that.  Now I wish to verify if I have everything I need from EA, Bioware and PS3 set up correctly.

Resetting the PS3 and/or Game settings doesn't bother me.

Anybody have any suggestions on any of these issues?
