I bought the return to ostagar pack and now when I start the game, it keeps showing that it is "unathorized".  So I spend the last hour trying everything to get it to play.

I really think this is really crummy.  You took my money, I have points in the bioware store.  Why is this suddenly "unathorized"?

If I uninstall this game one more time, it will be for good, so someone better get in contact with me and tell me why I'm not able to play the game because BIOWARE arbitrarily decides content I already purchased is not authorized.

I have the exact same issue, so would appreciate any input as well. I bought "The Return to Ostagar" yesterday and game was running fine. Today I cannot play, because it claims it is 'unauthrorized' It even shows up as downloadable content, which it shouldn't. When I log on my profile here on this website, Return to Ostagar is listed as content I've bought, so have no idea how to fix this.

I just realized that the issues for both of you are just related to Return to Ostagar. (Didn't read closely enough the first time, just saw "unauthorized" and went into my default answer.)

If its just Return to Ostagar that is showing up as unauthorized, its possibly related to server problems today. Unfortunately I know of nothing else to do but wait for them to fix the server.

*fingers crossed for server problems* I can live with just having to wait until servers are fixed... much better than having to do some sort of technical trouble shooting, that I know I'll mess up for sure. And yes, my problems are only related to "The Return to Ostagar", so I'll try and be patient, hope it just sorts itself out later.

Same issue here...Bought the ultimate edition with all dlcs...none of them working, unauthorized

yes.... this is really, really annoying me... ultimate edition 1.04 patch, yet no matter how many times i log in/log out/restart the game.... it's still unauthorized...

For anyone having issues withauthorizing the DLC content for the digital download of Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate Edition:

You should have recieved two codes with the game, the first being the registration code, the second being a 'promo code'.
Go to 'My Games' on the BSN, click 'register games'.
There is a link at the top of the page to submit a promo code, click this link.
Input the second, shorter code into the promo code box to 'authorize' your material.

If the issue is still not resolved, you may have to individually download each file, unzip it, and install.

!!!PLEASE HELP!!!

I've recently bought Dragon Age: Origins - Ultimate Edition on Steam. (Which includes all of the DLC)
However, I have no bioware account that has ' Previously purchased ' this DLC, so I'm unable to access ANY DLC.

It makes no sense to me how it is even possible to buy Dragon Age DLC of Steam, without it first making you create an account from which to have access to it.

CAN ANYONE HELP?!

Or have I payed for DLC that i'll never be able to access due to this fundamental flaw? =/
