I believe Joker fills in and basically smiles and nods at TIM.

Joker has a conversation with TIM. Joker expresses despair that Shepard is gone and TIM is upset that Shepard and the base were gone, but says it was still a victory for mankind. He then tells Joker to come back to HQ. Then it cuts to Joker standing next to coffins. Then it shows him looking at the Harbinger datapad and he gazes out the hole in the cargo hold with a look of hopelessness. Then it shows the Reaper fleet like normal.
