But in the Downloading content screen, it stil shows Patch 1.02 in red, and the downloading doesent start. It does sayt that its downloading but its sticks at 0%. Pretty sure every one is experiencing some problems right now with getting DLCs, not sure if this issue is connected with the others but if it is then it is being worked on as we speak and you just have to wait it out

I;m in the same boat. I have the game through Steam, and it shows that it was on version 1.02 before i bought RtO...but I'm getting the same error.

Bought Warden's Keep and DLC was stuck at 0%, but I already had Stone Prisoner and Blood Dragon armor installed. The troubleshooting thread suggested that if reseting the download cache didn't work (it didn't), that I should reinstall version 1.0, download all the DLC, then patch to 1.2. I reinstalled, haven't patched, and now ALL my DLC is stuck at 0%. I'm guessing this is just a bioware issue, but I'd like to know for sure.

I had a similar problem with trying to clear the cache. What is really strange is that when I am logged off, the DLC *still* show itself as downloading. I clear the cache using the diagnostic tool and when I go back to the game, it still shows the DLC as downloading. I am not logged in, so why didn't it remove the DLC from downloading and reset it? Something isn't working.....and its frustrating because you can't get any help.
I just wish that they would put the DLC under the registered promtions page like they do for ME2. That way I can download and install it outside the game. This inside the game downloading really *sucks* when it doesn't work.

Hopefully they'll square this away. It seems to be a reacurring problem. Threads like this are all over the troubleshooting pages. I would like, at the very least, to see a post like... "We know it's broken. We're working on it. It will likely be up and running by "X"."

Things are supposed to be fixed now. See http://social.biowar...8/index/1449580.
If you're still having problems post in that thread, as Bioware is still keeping an eye on it.
