I did not see a topic for this so i'm making one. When I try an redeem a promo code i get "No response received from remote server... please check your Registered Game Promotions page to confirm if your promotion has been registered." When I go to the game promo page I dont see the promo .Is anyone else getting this too?

I had the same problem yesterday with my Cerberus activation code for ME2. Solved it by inputing the code in the game itself. Still can't register my game though. I think they have some problems at the activation server so no codes can be redeemed.

I have had the same problem trying to redeem my Collectors edition armor and Gamestop bonus armor. It must be a Bioware\\EA sever issue. Hopefully it will be up and running in a day or two....

My Cerberus code worked(I entered it like 2 or 3 days ago) I can't get my game stop codes to work. Would a BioWare staff member please comment on the server status please.

Just talked with EA about that and this is what was said: "Gavin:
We are aware of this issue related with bioware servers and our engineers are working to fix this.
: ok when do you think they should be done?
Gavin: it may take 24-48 hours."
