As the topic says, where do I find my first 'real' rogue? Besides Leliana because she is a rogue/bard and spec'd in ranged instead of dualwield.

Really would like one fast cause now I have to leave stuff behind like chests and doors and I dont really enjoy missing out of stuff. Even if its just mostly useless items

After you finish one of the major ally recruitment quests and have the ally's representative back at your base camp.

You will run into Zevran on the road.

A word of warning: Leliana has talent points in lockpicking...I would develop this further because if I recall correctly Zevran has NO points in lockpicking.

You get Zevran after finishing your first alliance related quest. Basically after finishing Redcliffe, the Circle, Dalish quest, ect, he will stop you when you're en route somewhere else. Choose not to kill him and you have your duel wielding stabby rogue.

Yeah, Zevran's total lack of lockpicking skills was really annoying.

That is true and I entirely forgot about that. Heh, silly considering the OP wanted a lock picker. I guess I glossed over that to the duel wielding. Well, you can make Leliana dual wield if you start her off on that right away. I'm planning to in my current game, actually.
