Am a little bit confused on this one. I'm rolling a new (somewhat modded) Adept with Warp Ammo as his bonus power (one of them, anyway). I'm not really sure if the game considers it either Combat or Biotic. It would be nice to know that Nemesis will add to my weapon damage later on, but that seems to be only the case if it's biotic.
Regardless, it will affect my choice of shoulder plates later on the game - anyone know?
Warp Ammo - Biotic or Combat power?

I'm pretty sure it's not a biotic power.

Ammo powers benefit from + Power Damage bonuses, such as the +15% power damage from the Blood Dragon armor. However, they do not get benefits from + Biotic or Tech damage bonuses or any other bonuses specific to certain types of powers.
^^ Quote from the Info page here posted by Bioware. Basically Ammo powers are thier own little group, that benefit from generic "power" bonuses, but anything that specifically says "tech, combat, biotic" grants not benefits.

The great thing about warp ammo is that it does extra damage to enemies being affected by biotics, similar to warp itself.

Appearantly, a pulled enemy causes double base weapon damage and double Warp Ammo power damage. Even though the Warp Ammo damage is based off the initial base weapon damage, it's still a lot.

More importantly, Warp Ammo's Jammin' RP for any class with Biotic skillz.

Basically, Jaeger Bane, if you're rollin' as an adept, you can't go wrong with having warp ammo. You will pwn all of your bioticized enemies

I have no idea if nemesis effects it or not, but in terms of lore, I believe the game says it is some type of sustained biotic power. Would love to know how the mechanics of the game treat it though too

I'll stick with Reave and bring along Jack w/ Squad Warp Ammo if I feel I need some extra weapon punch.
