Any idea on when you might fix this so I can play the game I purchased and have been playing since December?
This seems like a really poor way to validate DLC when problems on your server make the game unplayable.

Hope you get your servers fixed NOW, Multilayer ASAP, remove DRM and a Linux Client very soon.
If any Bioware people go home for the weekend, and leave their players hanging, maybe you should very seriously rethink DRM!

Thank you for your patience. We believe we have fixed the issue preventing people from registering their DLC or games.
If you were having problems, please try again. If you continue to have problems, please let us know here. Thank you.

Perfect justification for why DRM is a great idea but poor execution.
DRM should only be executed at the point of install. what if my internet was out... what if i spent all of my internet bill money to buy the DLC (not really the case but still)
constant internet required content should be classified as online gameplay functionality... not DLC.
DLC=Downloadable content. I bought it, downloaded it, registered it, played 30 hrs on it... why do i have to reauthorize it on the same install.... poor execution... that's why.
I agree.. Why not just give us a manual download option?
Note.. as of now Warden's Keep is still at 0%

I have the same thing here. And I could only get Ostagar and Blood Armor, the rest are still sitting at 0% downloading. The legit client gets hurt more these days.Devonae wrote...
I also now have an extra odd download called: DAO_PRC_OPROMO_ME with no description. ??

Ah, forget it. I'll have another go at this downloading malarkey later. I don't want to leave Alistair alone too long. I think he has a thing for Morrigan.

If you have downloads that are stuck, run the configuration utility found in the Dragon Age launcher and click the "Repair" button on the left. Next, click the "Clear download cache" button.

Despite having purchased my 400 Bioware points and seeing them in the game I don't have Ostagar available to download on the list. Am I doing something wrong?
Nope - a lot of people are having trouble with this.
There is a problem with "DAO_PRC_OPROMO_ME" file blocking up your download folder.

But if you're the extra content isn't showing up at all - this could be a good link.

And if you're a PC player - another link:

About DAO_PRC_OPROMO_ME, anyone notice it has a totally different icon than the other DLC.

If you are still having a problem purchasing or downloading DLC, this this: Open up the folder My Documents\\\\bioware\\\\Dragon Age\\\\Settings and delete the offers.xml file.
If you have downloads that are stuck, run the configuration utility found in the Dragon Age launcher and click the "Repair" button on the left. Next, click the "Clear download cache" button.
I deleted the offers.xml file and I got rid of the "dao_prc_opromo_me" file that was sitting at 0% in the download tab.
But now, the Return to Ostagar download has vanished. It was listed as a download before - but it would just say "Can't download now, try again later".
