So this issue is currently being resolved then, or will I have to wait until next week, as it is the weekend already?

this is what they told me in chat...
Victor: Hi, my name is Victor. How may I help you?
: hi victor
: i'm playing dragon age on xbox
: i hear there is a problem with dlc?
: this is from a forum post....
: hey, is that u victor?
Victor: Might be.
Victor: The issue is with DLC registering?
: well i keep getting this 800700e error or something like that. i put the code in in the game and it says purchased, but like i said i get that error
: let me double check the error number
: 800700e8 sorry
Victor: Exact when did you get this error?
: when i told it to download my stone prisoner and blood armor after is put in my promo code in the game downloadable content menu
: been doing this all night since midnight
Victor: I apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. This is a temporary issue and our engineers are already aware of this. They are working to resolve this as soon as possible. I would advise you to please wait for some time and then try again to login and play the game online. If the issue persists, you can contact us again. We will be happy to assist you.
: sweet. um... i doubt it but is there an ETA?
Victor: 24 to 48 hours.
: weak. okay but it's a known issue, that at least sounds promising. last guy i talked to told me to delete my save file...hehehehe
Victor: If you have opened an incident for same issue via our email support system, kindly close the ticket from your end. Is there anything further I may assist you with today?
: uh... no... just get it going because i've talked to LOTS of people about this having the same issue. thanks!

Thanks for fixing these issues. It would have been nice if they were fixed a while ago, but better late than never I guess. I've played other games where bugs and issues never get addressed (such as Oblivion), and so it's always hard to tell with these kinds of situations.
