Hi


I purchased DAO from steam last week, and been enjoying it since
then. Today, I decided to get the DLC after I came across a couple of
NPCs offering a quest that require the Stone Prisoner expansion. So I
purchased 1600 points and got it.



But while I was checking the steam website I realized that the game
edition I purchased is "Dragon Age Origins features Blood Dragon Armor
& The Stone Prisoner".



I don't know why the expansion wasn't downloaded together with the
game (I think I had to "redeem it"). Does that mean I wasted $20 on something I already have? Do you
think it is possible to get my money back (or the points)?

Unrelated question, do you think I should do the DLC quest right away or when I complete the story? I am currently at level 10.

Hi, 1st post and new to DA:O. I am hearing a lot about problems with the DLC stuff when not connected to the internet you cant load saves. I will be getting the DLC from a different room than the xbox is set up in so when playing it wont be connected. Will this mean my DLC saved games wont load?

Also where are the promo codes in order to get The Stone Prisoner and other free DLC?

Is there a newbie forum where I can get started without having to read 100 posts? It's so overwhelming. Thanks in advance.

You'll need to ask X-Box related DLC Questions in the Dragon Age X-Box Tech Support Forum.

The promo codes for free DLC should be in the game box, if you bought the game new.

Just wanted to let you know that EA customer support was very helpful. They refunded me the points (no cash) though.
